FBI  special counsel  Robert Mueller  could hand in his report into allegations members of the Trump campaign conspired with Russia to influence the 2016 US presidential election as early as next week, according to reports on Wednesday. Donald Trump ’s former confidant, flamboyant political consultant  Roger Stone , is also due to appear in court after posting an image on Instagram appearing to threaten a US district judge overseeing his criminal trial, itself instigated by Mr Mueller’s investigation.  House  Democrats  will meanwhile file a resolution tomorrow against Mr Trump’s controversial decision to declare a  national emergency  over illegal immigration from the southwestern border in order to bypass Congress and get his wall built. PDP chairman meets Buhari, decamps to APC

With barely 48 hours left before Nigeria’s general elections begin, the chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Yobe state, Sani Inuwa Nguru, has decamped to the All Progressives Congress (APC).  This was revealed by President Muhammadu Buhari’s Special Assistant on Digital Media, Tolu Ogunlesi. According to Ogunlesi, Nguru met with Buhari on Thursday before confirming his decision to the State House Press Corps. “JUST IN: Current Chairman of the PDP in Yobe State, Sani Inuwa Nguru, has just defected to the APC. “He just finished an interview with State House Press Corps, after meeting with President @MBuhari #AsoVillaToday,” Ogunlesi tweeted.

This issue was solved by black inventor and physicist Shirley Ann Jackson. The first black woman to ever earn a doctorate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Jackson led research to develop caller ID and call waiting functions while working at AT&T Bell Laboratories in the 1970s.
