Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj take to social media to refute 'silly' rumors of a feud between them


Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj took to Twitter on Wednesday to shoot down rumors of a feud between them.
The 25-year-old pop star tweeted after some believed that Nicki, 36, disrespected her on the rapper's new song Bust Down Barbiana.
Ariana set the record straight for her roughly 60.5 million followers on Twitter by posting: 'no silly a**. there will never be anything but love between us ever. she's been there for me (in real life) every time i've needed somebody & i'll always be there for her. we love each other. bet.'
Nicki in her new song mentioned Ariana's name and her hit breakup song Thank U Next.
She responded kindly to Ariana's post knocking down the feud rumor. 
Not more than you’ve been there for me behind the scenes. Love you. For life,' Nicki tweeted for her 20.5 million followers.
Ariana and Nicki colloborated on the hit Jessie J song Bang Bang in 2014.
Nicki also was featured on Ariana's 2016 hit song Side To Side in which she raps, 'I'm the queen of rap, young Ariana run pop'.
They performed the song together in August 2016 at the MTV Video Music Awards Show in New York City.
Nicki also featured on Ariana's 2018 promotional single The Light Is Coming.
Ariana also provided vocals on Nicki's 2018 single Bed.
Nicki released Bust Down Barbiana on Wednesday as a remix to the Blueface song Thotiana.
Ariana last month released her latest single 7 Rings and will headline the Coachella Music Festival in April.
