ABOUT JAVASCRIPT, NODE.js AND PHP

What is JavaScript all about, and can JavaScript be used together with PHP for a website",

JavaScript is the only programming language natively supported by browsers.
Within a browser, JavaScript allows you to create interactions with users.
For example, you can program logic for how it will respond when a user clicks a button,
or it can be used to send data somewhere. HTML (HyperText Markup Language) is used to apply meaningful structure to content.
It is most commonly used for laying content out. CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) is a styling markup language,
used to implement the design of a web page. These three technologies make up the “frontend stack”.
PHP is a server side programing language. Technically, PHP is not part of a website (it does not run in a browser).
However; it can be used to generate web code, communicate with databases, and even communicate with other computers.
It’s responsible for all the “behind the scenes” stuff. In modern web development, PHP is commonly used to build API’s.
Websites communicate with API’s. For example, a web application may need to save data. It tells the API “save this data”.
The API is responsible for figuring out where that data should be saved, connecting to the database, and actually saving the data.
It can also return data when a the web application says “give me my saved data”. API’s serve as a conduit between data storage and web browsers.
PHP is just one of many choices you could use to create that conduit. Nowadays, thanks to Node.js,
JavaScript can also be used to create API’s and other code that runs on the server.
Node.js is used pretty much anywhere the browser is not (desktops, servers, IoT devices, etc).
This is a new use for JavaScript within the last 10yrs, but it has become a very popular choice.

How to input a web code like HTML and CSS to a website online?
It depends on how you made your website. If you made your website using plain HTML &
CSS then you have to go to your server/cpanel to access the files and edit them from there.
If you have made your site using CMS like wordpress, then you have the option from dashboard to include custom css
or edit theme codes without accessing the Cpanel. Check it out with your programmer about including codes or consult
an web programmer or web expert about how they suggest you to push new codes on your website.

What is the difference between JavaScript and Node.js?
There are some good prior answers, but they’re slightly outdated now. JavaScript is a language, or more precisely, an implementation of ECMAScript.
It is governed by a group known as TC39. Node.js is a runtime. It’s written in C++.
It was originally built on top of Chrome’s V8 JavaScript engine. Today, Node supports something known as N-API.
This allows it to run atop other JavaScript engines (Microsoft’s Chakra is the first). However; the interesting parts of Node have always been
the “add-on” stuff it provides, which is a library known as libuv. Different runtimes implement different features.
JavaScript is just the language used to expose such features to developers. For example, Node.js (via libuv) creates bindings to the file system,
allowing developers to read and write from disk. The JS engines in browsers don’t support this, but they do support things like the Document Object Model (DOM).
The communities around each of these differ to. For example, Node projects are a part of the greater JavaScript community,
but not all JavaScript projects are part of the Node community.

What does JavaScript do?
Imagine your website as a human body.
The html is the skeleton of the website.
The CSS is the muscular and nervous system of your website that makes your website look beautiful.
Java Script is the heart, liver , kidney and brain of your website. It helps in functioning of the website.
It enables your website to react as different functions are performed on website.
You hover on a pic, it zooms in or changes or any other visual effects,
That's all done by java script.
