Amazon.com Inc founder Jeff Bezos' divorce from his wife of 25 years, MacKenzie Bezos, was finalised by a Seattle-area judge on Friday, paving the way for her to receive $38.3 billion worth of Amazon stock, Bloomberg reported. In April, Amazon, the world's biggest online retailer, said in a filing that 4% of its outstanding stock or 19.7 million shares would be registered in MacKenzie Bezos' name after court approval of the divorce. The couple announced their plan to divorce in a joint Twitter statement in January, causing some to worry that Jeff Bezos could wind up with reduced Amazon voting power or that he or MacKenzie would liquidate large position. Brazil will be without Willian for the Copa America final against Peru with the Chelsea winger succumbing to a minor hamstring injury.  Willian was introduced in the second-half of Brazil's 2-0 win over Argentina on Tuesday with the Brazil football federation (CBF) confirming on Wednesday he pulled his hamstring during the match.  While not a serious injury, Willian's recovery time means he has been ruled out of the final as the hosts look to claim the Copa America for the first time since 2007.  The 30-year-old had been used solely as a substitute at the tournament to date but did score during his side's 5-0 win over Peru in the group stages and converted a penalty in the quarter-finals against Paraguay.   A Brazil football federation spokesman told the AFP that Willian felt "pain in his hamstring" and was sent for tests on Wednesday, where it was confirmed he had pulled a muscle.   Willian was himself a late call up to Brazil's Copa A...

Boeing is giving $100m (£80m) to help families affected by the two crashes  of the company's 737 Max planes in Indonesia and Ethiopia. The payment, stretching over several years, is independent of lawsuits filed in the wake of the disasters, which together killed 346 people. The money will support education and living expenses for families and community programmes, Boeing said. Boeing's 737 Max has been grounded worldwide since March. The loss of Ethiopian Airlines' flight ET302 in March was the second fatal accident involving a 737 Max in the space of five months. A near identical aircraft, owned by the Indonesian carrier Lion Air, went down in the sea off Jakarta in October 2018. Crash investigators have focussed on the aircraft's control system and Boeing has been working with regulators to roll out a software upgrade.
